Stalls are reserved on a first PAID, first serve basis. We will make every attempt to locate you in a particular stall, if you have a preference. However, we do not guarantee that we will always be able to meet your request.   2. Stall reservations MUST be accompanied with a check. We will hold your check until the weekend of the show.   3. Stall reservations that have not been confirmed with the receipt of a check by the Show Secretary within 7 days of making the reservation, will be released to the next person on the waiting list that has submitted a check.   4. Stall reservations must be canceled or rolled over to another month by the Monday preceding the show. The Association reserves the right to cash the check if the cancellation is not received timely. The Board of Directors will approve any exceptions.   5. Tack stalls will be allowed.   6. The Show Secretary will take stall reservations.
