WTQHA STALL POLICY

1. Stalls are reserved on a first PAID, first serve basis. We will make every attempt to locate you in a particular stall, if you have a preference. However, we do not guarantee that we will always be able to meet your request.

2. Stall reservations MUST be accompanied with a check. We will deposit stall checks one week prior to show.

3. Stall reservations that have not been confirmed with the receipt of a check by the Show Secretary within 7 days of making the reservation, will be released to the next person on the waiting list that has submitted a check.

4. Stall reservations must be canceled by two weeks prior to the first day of  the show. The Association reserves the right to cash the check if the cancellation is not received 2 weeks prior to start of show and re-rent the stalls. The Board of Directors will approve any exceptions.

5. Tack stalls will be allowed.

6. The Show Secretary will take stall reservations. You can contact her as follows:
