The West Tennessee Quarter Horse Association was organized January 12, 1979 as a non-profit organization with the principle place of business of the Association being Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee but it’s members may be residents of any state, territory, or county, and business may be carried on at any place convenient to such members or officials as may be participating. Only bonafide residents of West Tennessee may hold office in this Association.West Tennessee is defined as all of Tennessee located west of the Tennessee River. WTQHA holds all of its AQHA sponsored shows at the West Tennessee Agriculture Pavilion and also in Memphis at the AgriCenter/Shelby Showplace. Dear WTQHA members and friends: Just a couple of reminders: The show is upon us this weekend, June 19-20 Also, Don't forget your health papers if traveling in from out of state. Haskell will be checking these as you pull in, so please have your information ready and please understand, we must check all and verify that they are for the horse you are bringing. No Vet will be on premises to get any health papers, if you don't have yours, please get before you head to Martin. Pat Kress has been out of town, so if you have not heard about your stall reservations, please email me back and I will help her with the information. And remember we have two shows back to back: June 19-20 and June 26-27, both at Martin Ag Complex. If you are interested in leaving some of your stalling supplies, please let show mgt know before you leave on Sunday that you will be coming back the next weekend and they will lock up your stall for you. They will leave the one bag of shavings in front of your stall for the next show. Your bedding will not be messed with. We also will be having awards for all the winners of the Circuit, showing both weekends to all judges. We will have the showbills for the July Summer Circuit available at the show. Have a safe trip and Happy Showing! Jill
